Cindy Gaudet
Cindy Gaudet is a Metis woman from
Saskatchewan currently living in Ottawa. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in
General Studies and a Masters in Canadian Studies. The title of her
research work is "Metis Women and Memory: Learning to Live Beyond the
Wounds of History." She is committed to supporting the remembrance
of Indigenous knowledge, Indigenous teachings and Indigenous women's ways
through education, prayer and ceremony. I am grateful to be a part of the
Aboriginal Healing Foundation that is designed to support the healing of
Aboriginal people of this land.
