Project Description:
The Pinethewapikung Thagaigan Healing Program proposes to provide healing related to physical and sexual abuse in residential schools by offering three healing camps; community feasts and celebrations to honour those who attend the camps; sharing circles in the community; individual and group sessions with a therapist; and, workshops dealing with anger management, grieving and lifeskills.
