Project Title: Trauma Recovery Program (Add On Program) & Enaahtig Healing Lodge and Learning Centre Residential
Program Project Description:The purposed of the Add-On program is to enhance the already existing residential programs we offer by allowing us to develop the capacity to address the issue of physical and sexual abuse trauma. Trauma recovery itself is an intricate and often intense work, requiring well trained staff to design, develop and facilitate the necessary processes.
The project encompasses an intensive two week trauma recovery residential program and allows us to develop components to the already existing four week residential programs being offered at Enaahtig. The ongoing four week programs would serve as an aftercare program to the intensive two week trauma recovery as well as address the needs of those individuals who not necessarily in active trauma.
