Project Title: Bii Waasaya (Coming of Day Light)
Project Description: This project delivers sharing circles, one-on-one counselling, family retreats in the bush, awareness sessions about the direct and inter-generational impacts of physical and sexual abuse in Residential Schools, training and support programs for survivors so they can develop the skills required to become involved in positive community activities and healthy lifestyles, one-on-one work with survivors to identify individual healing strategies, and networking with other groups of Survivors.
