Project Title:
Mamou-Miinwaachiiwewin; Rebuild the Circle 'Continuing to Build the Circle of Hope and Courage'
Project Description:
The
project provides individual, group and family therapy, Elders
workshops/support groups, Youth workshops to address the
intergenerational impacts, and healing and talking circles. The project will further provide
access to traditional Helpers and counselling as well a professional
counseling through a psychologist. These services will be provided in a
Drop In Center, where Survivors and community members will gather in a
safe and secure environment.
